The Ocean Community YMCA is now seeking a Business Operations Director for the Naik Family Branch located in beautiful Mystic, CT.
This is a full-time, exempt position that supports the mission of the YMCA by performing a high level of duties requiring administrative support, initiative, and efficiency for the Branch.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering Human Resources information for the branch
- Playing an active leadership role in the Branch’s Annual Support Campaign and providing administrative support
- Oversee Financial Assistance applications and reporting
- Handles refunds, credits, and collections
- Handles office supply orders and manages inventory
- Assists with Board of Managers correspondence and reports
- Involvement with special projects as needed
Qualifications include:
- Associates degree in Business preferred
- Minimum of 5 years office manager experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Highly organized nature and ability to work independently
- Positive, outgoing personality with sound judgement skills
- CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen Administration certified through the American Red Cross-YMCA willing to train
