Ocean Community YMCA in beautiful Southern RI is looking for Personal Trainers and Wellness Attendants for the Westerly-Pawcatuck branch. The main objective of this position is to provide members with exciting, safe and productive experience in our wellness center.

Personal Trainer responsibilities include:

•  Educating members on proper exercise techniques through 1:1, small group orientations and personal trainings

Wellness Attendant responsibilities include:

• Assisting members with the proper use of exercise equipment and maintaining a safe and clean environment

All positions are part-time and work under the direction of the Health and Wellness Director.  Qualifications include experience in the health and fitness field along with current certifications for CPR/AED/First Aid and Emergency Oxygen via the American Red Cross or equivalent.
