The Ocean Community YMCA is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff Member to support the upkeep, cleanliness, and safety of our Westerly, Arcadia, and beautiful Camp Watchaug Branches. If you take pride in maintaining spaces where people can thrive, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a full-time, 40hrs per week, non-exempt position with a salary range of $17.00-$20.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform facility repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping
• Maintain outdoor areas and support seasonal set-up/tear-down at Camp Watchaug
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and staff
• Complete daily work orders and report issues promptly

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of maintenance or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
