Join Our Team as an Aquatics Specialist at the Naik Family YMCA!

Are you passionate about swim safety and building strong communities? The Ocean Community YMCA is seeking a motivated Aquatics Specialist to help lead our swim programs at the Naik Family Branch in Mystic, CT

As a key member of our Aquatics team, you’ll:

• Schedule and supervise lifeguards and swim instructors
• Help enhance and deliver high-quality swim lessons
• Ensure safety and compliance in all aquatic areas
• Engage with YMCA members and families to build strong relationships
• Lifeguard and instruct as needed during programs and at Camp Cove

What You’ll Need:

• Experience as a lifeguard and/or swim instructor
• Current certifications: Lifeguard, Waterfront, CPR, AED, First Aid, Emergency Oxygen, and Swim Instructor
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A commitment to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility

This is full-time, 40 hour per week, salaries, exempt position.  Salary range:  $43,000-$47,000 per year.
