The Ocean Community YMCA is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Enrichment Instructor to assist with a variety of enrichment programs for members and the community. This position supports different programs and activities and requires 10–15 hours per week, including daytime hours and some weekends depending on the program schedule.

Location:  Ocean Community YMCA- Naik Family Branch, Mystic, CT

Rate of Pay:  $16.94 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and leading enrichment programs and activities
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment for participants of all ages
• Support program setup, facilitation, and cleanup
• Ensure participant safety and engagement during activities

Qualifications:

• Experience working with youth, families, or community programs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• CPR/First Aid certification required (YMCA willing to train)
